MCCB (Molded Case Circuit Breaker)

This ComPacT NSX100F is a complete 3P 3d fixed circuit breaker designed to optimize space and breaking capacity. It is an optimal choice for all standard and specific applications. The breaking capacity (Icu) is 36kA rms at 415VAC 50/60Hz. The operational voltage is 690VAC 50/60Hz. This product embeds a 100A rating thermal-magnetic trip unit (TMD) under 50℃ ambient air temperature for operation. TMD trip unit provides an adjustable thermal overload protection and a fixed magnetic protection. This 3 poles version (105mm x 161mm x 86mm) comes with a variety of optional functions and accessories. It is compliant with international standards (IEC 60947), CCC, EAC and marine specifications. ComPacT NSX100F is part of Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Power architecture.

Contactor

TeSys D contactor, 3 poles (3NO), for motor control applications up to 18A/690V AC-3/3e (7.5kW@400V). It provides a 110V 50/60Hz AC coil, 1NO+1NC built-in auxiliary contacts (NC mirror certified), connection by screw clamp terminals. For operating rates until 3600 cycles/hour and environments until 60°C, it procures high reliability and durability. Compact (45mm width), DIN-rail mounting or screw fixing. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine).

VFD (Variable Frequency Drive)

This Altivar 340 variable speed drive can feed 3-phase synchronous and asynchronous motors in open and closed loop control. Altivar Machine ATV340 drives are sized heavy duty as standard. It works at a rated power up to 3kW /3hp and a rated voltage from 380V to 480V AC. ATV340 has been designed to meet the needs of applications for harsh environments, such as vibration, shock and non-conductive dust and where high temperature resistance up to 60 °C is needed. This product integrates Modbus serial line communication protocols as standard. it weighs 2.1kg and its dimensions are, 85mm wide, 270mm high, 232.5mm deep. ATV340 incorporates functions and features suitable for the most common applications, including packaging, material handling, material working, hoisting. It conforms to international standards IEC/EN 61800-5-1 and IEC/EN 61800-3 (immunity and conducted and radiated EMC emissions), IEC 60721-3, IEC 61508, IEC 13849-1. It is also CE, UL, CSA, and TÜV certified. Accessories and options (encoder interface modules, I/O expansion modules, communication modules, braking resistors, line chokes, additional EMC filters) are available with Altivar Machine ATV340 drives, depending on the drive rating. It is designed to be mounted in vertical position (+/- 10 °) on a panel, thanks to 4 fixing holes. It is fully integrated inside Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure Machine through DTM. It is possible to configure, control, and diagnose ATV340 drives directly in SoMachine and SoMove software by means of the same software brick (DTM).

MCB (MINITURE CIRCUIT BREAKER)

This Acti9 iC60N is a low voltage miniature circuit breaker (MCB). It is a 2P circuit breaker with 2 protected poles, 2A rated current and C tripping curve. The rated short circuit breaking capacity goes up to 50kA at 220VAC to 240VAC conforming to EN/IEC 60947-2 standard and 6000A at 415VAC conforming to EN/IEC 60898-1 standard. It complies with both industrial standard EN/IEC 60898-1 and residential standard EN/IEC 60947-2. This miniature circuit breaker protects circuits against short circuit and overload current. Its unique VisiTrip indicator reduces intervention time by showing the faulty circuit. Its VisiSafe green strip guarantees the physical opening of the contacts to allow downstream maintenance. Its fast closing mechanism independent of manual operation improves its service life. It has an electrical endurance going up to 10000 cycles and a mechanical endurance going up to 20000 cycles. The Ui rated insulation voltage is 500VAC. Its limitation class 3 (according to EN/IEC60898-1) improves downstream circuit protection cost. The product can be clipped on a DIN rail. Its width is 4 pitches of 9mm. Pollution degree is 3. The product colour is white (RAL9003). The dimensions are (W) 36mm x (H) 85mm x (D) 78.5mm. The weight is 0.25kg. According to IEC 60529 standard, the degree of protection is IP20 and IP40 in enclosure. The operating temperature is -35°C to 70°C. The storage temperature is -40°C to 85°C.
